Make brownies according to directions on package (you'll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package). Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake according to directions on the package. Make sure not to overcook! When the brownies are right out of the oven and still hot, spread the icing over the entire pan. Let it melt into the brownies. Allow to cool and serve. These are pretty rich, so I usually cut them into 1x1 squares and you get many more than 12 servings.
