Cut the rack of ribs into two, forming half-racks. Make a cut 1/2 to 2/3 of the way down between each individual rib. Generously rub the Montreal Steak seasoning into the ribs, being sure to cover the sides and ends as well. Gently rub the Italian dressing onto the ribs, over the seasoning. Place on the top rack of the grill over Low heat. Cook for 45 minutes, rotating and flipping every 15 minutes. Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs and cook for an additional 15 minutes, rotating and flipping halfway through. Enjoy!!
