Cook beef in oil until gray in color. Add onion and celery and cook until onion is soft. Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard and oregano; mix well. Stir in macaroni and cover. Simmer to blend flavors, about 25 minutes. Just before serving, fold in cheese. Serve hot in the skillet.
