to make sauce, add the ingredients that stated in a bowl, mix well ...set to side heat oil up to 320, us a cooking thermometer to check heat. in a large bowl ,combine flour ,chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. i used a zip lock bag. mix egg and milk together for the batter to dip wings in then then the flour dip in egg mixtrue, then flour, then into oil to fry ....fry 10 to 12 minutes. when done frying put wings on wire rack for a few minutes, then in sauce mix, coat good....ready to serve. enjoy a spicey tangi wings note ::u can mix the sauce and wings then serve, that how everyone likes it ..but i like mine put back in the oven and bake for 10minutrs or so yumm
