Melt 7 candy bars with a stick of margarine in microwave oven. Set aside. Cream sugar with the second stick of margarine. Add egg, baking soda, milk and flour. Stir well to mix. Add candy bar mixture and pecans. Stir well. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 70 to 90 minutes at 300°.
