pepper and herbs to taste (marjoram or basil)
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400°. Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Mix chicken and other veggies into pie pan, spreading evenly over bottom. Beat eggs and milk together, adding Bisquick, herbs and cheeses. Whisk all together and pour over chicken mix. Bake 35 minutes or until set. Can make mushroom soup gravy and pour over when serving.
