In a bowl, use 1 egg whites, 3 tablespoons of tapioca and 1 tablespoon hazelnut cream. You can use a light hazelnut cream, but I used Nutella. If you want to leave in style "crepioca" just fold the dough in half and fill as you like, but if you prefer to leave in style "brownie" cut into squares and place a cover if you feel the need for a little more sweet.
