Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan, over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, until the fruit is tender and sauce has thickened, about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Good with duck, pork, chicken, grilled meats. Put on meats just before serving. Makes enough for 14 ounces of meat.
