Preheat oven to 400 Combined all spices in small bowl or spice shaker and sprinkle on both sides of pork chops to your liking. Add oil to pan and heat to medium high heat. Add one chop at a time to prevent splashing or a steam from over crowding pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side then transfer to small foiled cookie sheet. Heat in oven for approximately 7-10min. Oven times vary so check at 5 minute mark for doneness. Once done, let it rest for a few before digging in.
