Pour hot instant or drip coffee (whichever you like) into a cup. While it's hot, add a tablespoon of skim milk (adjust to taste) and stir well. Add your favorite brown sugar. Large chunks are difficult to dissolve, so break up into small pieces and then add to the cup. Stir until dissolved.
