Mix dressing and soy sauce. Marinate the chicken in dressing mixture for at least 1 hour, using 3 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture for each chicken breast. Grill chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Toss romaine with sprouts and peppers. For each serving: Place 2-1/4 cups of the romaine mixture on each plate; top with 1 chicken breast, diagonally sliced. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing mixture. Serve immediately.
