Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook steaks 3-4 mins each side, until browned. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper during cooking. Remove from the pan. Cover to keep warm. Melt butter in the pan. Cook both mushrooms, stirring, until soft. Add garlic and thyme; cook, stirring, until fragrant. Add wine to the pan; bring to a boil. Add stock and boil, uncovered, for about 3 mins or until the sauce has reduced by half. Boil, steam or microwave broccolini until just tender. Drain. Serve steaks with mushroom sauce and broccolini.
