Bake pie shells. Cool. Cube 1 banana into each pie shell; set aside. In 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar, flour and pineapple; stir until thick. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries; stir until well mixed. Cube remaining 2 bananas into mixture and add pecans. Mix well and pour in shells. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
