Dissolve jello with 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 2 cups ice and dissolve in jello for 3 minutes. Remove ice. Add yogurt, pineapple and oranges. Mix well. Let congeal. Add 1/2 to 1 carton Cool Whip after congealed. Re-congeal.
