Place tuna and bell peppers on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. 4. Cook bell peppers 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly charred. Cook tuna 6 to 10 minutes or until fish just begins to flake, turning once. Place bell peppers and tuna on serving platter. Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with chives.
