Debone and dice chicken and set aside. Mix together in large bowl vegetables, potatoes, onions, soup and broth, salt and pepper. Add chicken. Line casserole dish with 1 pie crust. Pour in chicken mixture. Cover mixture with the other pie crust. Cut 2 to 4 slits for vents to prevent mixture from boiling over. Bake at 400° until crust is golden brown.
