Lightly spray an aluminum casserole pan with Pam 2) Using hand tear Challah bread into bite sized pieces and thrown into prepared pan. 3) Add butter, eggs, milk, sugar & cinnamon in a large bowl. 4) Whisk to combine. 5) Pour egg/milk mixture over Challah bread. 6) If desired add nuts & raisins on top of pan 7) Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. NOTE: Prep can be done ahead of time up to 16 hours - simply cover pan with foil & keep in refrigerator until ready to bake.
