Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour(choc powder) a 9" round cake pan. Place chips in microwave save bowl and heat for about 2 minutes, stirring ever 20 seconds until chocolate has melted 2.Combine beans and eggs in food processor or blender. Process until smooth, then add sugar & baking powder. Pulse to blend. Pour in melted chocolate and vanilla and blend until smooth. If mix appears too thin,add 1/8 cup rice flour. 3.Transfer to prepared cake pan and bake 3-40 minutes in preheated oven or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto serving plate. Dust with confectioners sugar just before serving.
