-Brown turkey in large pot over medium heat -Add salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon chili powder -Add onions, celery, and half the jalapeno and habanero, allow to become soft. -Add garlic -Add tomato paste and stewed tomato -Add water and bring to a boil -Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally -Add rest of chili powder and rest of peppers -Simmer another hour, stirring occasionally -Drain beans and add to pot -Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally note: if chili appears to become too thick, add 1 cup water. If after 3 hours chili is too thin, simmer longer and add 1 tablespoon more chili powder.
