Preheat oven to 350°. Toast English muffins lightly and spread with mayonnaise. Place tomato on muffin and salt, then mound crabmeat, salt and pepper. Top with Colby cheese. Bake at 350° for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 1.
