minced the garlic cloves. soak the dried mushrooms in the water until it soften thoroughly. after that, rins it with water. then, slice it thinly (not too thin). diced the potatoes and cut the carrot into smaller rectangular shape. then, boil both of it for a few minutes (make sure it is not overly boiled). cut the okra/lady's fingers into three to four smaller parts. then, boil it for a few minutes only (make sure it is not overly boiled). put the olive oil in the pan. wait until it is ready. after that, put in the garlic and stir it until it turn light brown. then, add in a small cup of water (not too much). stir it and wait until it boils. then, add in the salt to taste or as much as you prefer (other things for its taste also can be added) lastly, put in all the mushrooms, potatoes, carrot and okra/lady's fingers into it and stir until it have been perfectly cooked (make sure not overly cooked)
