Technical
The vada is made from a mixture of boiled and mashed potatoes, onions, and spices, deep-fried in oil at 180°C for 3-4 minutes. The bread bun is made from a yeast-based dough, allowed to rise for 1-2 hours, and baked in a steam oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
