For ages, millets have been part of India’s agricultural system and are highly nutritious and gluten-free crops. Millets are known for their rich nutritional profile containing high fiber content, vitamins, and minerals. Millets are rich in bioactive compounds like polyphenols, flavonoids, and saponins, which exhibit therapeutic benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and antioxidant effects.
