The multifaceted issues of global food security, which include agricultural production, post-harvest management, food safety, and supply chain efficiency, are mostly addressed by technology and innovation. The need for resilient and sustainable food systems has increased due to resource limitations, rapid population expansion, climate variability, and growing worries about food safety.
