Abstract

The article explores the process of integrating agro-engineering and food technologies in the context of forming a modern system for managing the quality of plant-based products. The article substantiates the need for Russia's agroindustrial complex to transition to an innovative model based on a combination of digitalization, engineering solutions, and institutional quality standards.
