Abstract
The article explores the process of integrating agro-engineering and food technologies in the context of forming a modern system for managing the quality of plant-based products. The article substantiates the need for Russia's agroindustrial complex to transition to an innovative model based on a combination of digitalization, engineering solutions, and institutional quality standards. Based on a systematic and economic-technological analysis, the article identifies key areas of integration: precision farming, intelligent processing technologies, ecofriendly packaging solutions, and a multi-level institutional quality management system.
