Abstract
The agriculture sector relies heavily on the evaluation of grain quality since it affects consumer satisfaction, market value, and food safety. Increasingly, sophisticated image-based techniques are supplementing or replacing conventional methods of grain analysis, which frequently depend on physical examination and simple chemical tests.
