Abstract
Food preservation is a crucial aspect of modern food production and distribution, aimed at maintaining food quality and maximizing nutritional benefits. This process involves a variety of techniques, including growing, harvesting, processing, packaging, and distribution, all of which contribute to extending the shelf life of food items. The main goals of food preservation are to provide value-added products, offer dietary variety, and address issues related to improper agricultural planning.
