On a piece of parchment paper, lay out the bacon and and form a basket weave 'blanket' (it's easier than you think) Using the zip lock bag, roll the sausage into a log, and place on bacon. Using the paper, roll bacon around the stuffed sausage log. Place Fatty on the grill, with indirect heat at 275 degrees for 2 hours, or internal temp is 160 degrees . Then place Fatty over heat to crisp bacon to your liking. Slice and enjoy!
