Stir spices into peach juice in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove saucepan from heat and cool. In large bowl, combine pears, apricots, cherries and brandy. Pour cooled spiced syrup mixture over fruits. With rubber spatula, gently toss mixture to mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, stir in banana chunks. Makes 12 servings.
