Ingredients: 3 x-lg. tomatoes; 3 to 4 Roma tomatoes; 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes; 2 md. banana peppers; 4 cloves garlic; 3 to 6 oz. jalapenos (use some of the juice if you want more spice); 1 green pepper; 1 yellow pepper; 1 red pepper; 1 md. Vidalia onion; Cilantro to your taste, don't use too much, it is powerful; 1/2 cup sugar; 1-1/4 cup white vinager; 1 tbsp. salt, and then salt to taste
