Roll out biscuits on floured wax paper. Place apples on biscuit; fold over and crimp edges with fork. Place in a 9 x 13-inch bake dish. Repeat with all biscuits. Melt margarine. Add sugar, cinnamon and 7-Up; mix well. Pour over apples and biscuits. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Will be soupy after it comes out of oven. Spoon juice over dumplings.
