Cook spaghetti; drain. Saute beef until brown. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper; remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green pepper in mixing bowl. Butter a 2-quart casserole. Spread half the spaghetti on bottom; cover with all of cheese mixture. Add remaining spaghetti. Spread tomato meat sauce on top. Cover; keep in refrigerator until 20 minutes before baking. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Garnish with cheese slices, if desired.
