Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan. Prepare macaroni according to package. Drain. In a large skillet, brown beef with celery and drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, eggs, cheese and garlic. Toss lightly. Place in prepared pan. Press evenly in bottom and up sides, forming a crust. Pour meat mixture over macaroni crust. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove foil. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
