Stir ingredients together. Put in plastic jar or possibly bowl with a lid. Don't chill at any time. Lid may pop off plastic container. This is normal and won't ruin batter. Day 1 - Do nothing. Day 2 - Stir using plastic or possibly wooden spoon. Day 3 - Stir. Day 4 - Stir. Day 5 - Add in 1 c. flour, sugar and lowfat milk; stir well. Day 6 - Stir. Day 7 - Stir. Day 8 - Stir. Day 9 - Stir Day 10-Repeat Day 5; then stir 1 c. of batter into 3 plastic jars or possibly bowls and give to 3 friends with instructions.
