Pre-heat oven to 350. 2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add milk and vanilla, mix until creamy. Beat in egg. 3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda. 4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix until just blended. 5. Stir in both chocolates. 6. Drop by tsp full onto ungreased cookie sheet. 7. Bake 7-9 minutes for chewy cookies, bake 10-12 minutes for crispy cookies. Leave on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack. 8. Enjoy!
