Preheat oven to 450F Mix first 4 ingredients well to incorporate air; let sit 10 minutes. Spray bottom & insides of 1&3/4 Qt. Corningware bowl, add beef drippings, bring up to 450F pour-in pudding mixture, bake(on lower shelf) at 450F 30 minutes, reduce heat & bake at 350F 15 minutes (do NOT open oven whilst baking as pudding will fall) Remove from oven (if there are any beef dripping on top, add to gravy & using spatula, transfer Yorkshire Pudding to serving plate & slice. Pudding will fall when sliced. Serve with gravy. Use as substitute for potatoes.
