Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. 1. Peel and chop 4 cups apples (about 4 medium apples will do) in a mixing bowl. Stir in the lightly beaten eggs. Add sugar and oil, set aside. 2. In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon together. Add into apple mixture. Stir well. 3. Add in chocolate chips and raisins (if desired). 4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until done. *Note: Be sure to mix ingredients in this order.* Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
