Open amount of cans as needed. Usually, one 15 oz can Enchilada Sauce per two two 4 oz Cans Green Chili. Drain green chilies, Hatch Chilies always being best but do as you can, [we save the juices for later use here] mix both and heat in microwave or on stove. Double or triple recipe as needed. Feel free to add fresh Cilantro or even shredded pork or chicken if you have it. Pour this sauce over most any Mexican dish!
