To your food processor, add chard or spinach, garlic and onion. Process till finely chopped, then add ground turkey, ground beef, salt, pepper, whole egg and parmesan cheese; pulse till combined well. Put the egg white in a small bowl. I lay out 8 wrappers at a time and put a heaping teaspoon of meat mixture on 4 of the wrappers. Using a brush, brush the other wonton wrapper with the egg white then turn that on top of the won ton with the meat mixture. Press down a tad on the meat, then using fingers, press the entire outside edge of the wonton together well so that it sticks. Using wax paper to seperate layers, put in a Ziploc bag according to the size of package you prefer. Freeze up to 6 months. When ready to eat, bring a pot of water to boil. Add ravioli and boil for 8 minutes. Serve topped with your favorite sauce, or make your own wonton soup with chicken stock and green onions. Enjoy!
