In a food processor, chop the crab. In a large bowl, mix the crab, cream cheese and garlic until well mixed. Place a small dollop of the mixture into the center of the wonton skin. Fold one tip of the wonton to its opposite tip, making a triangle. Dab your finger in the water and run around the skin to seal the seams. Then pinch together the 2 points and fold down the top point of the triangle. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
