Preheat oven to 450°. Peel sweet potatoes and cut each into eights. Put in a bowl and add olive oil and other spices. Stir well to coat evenly. Spread in a single layer in a large baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until tender. Remove potatoes from oven and turn heat to broil. Put on top rack and broil a few minutes to brown edges. Serve with salsa ketchup.
