Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup, beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1/8 teaspoon thyme. Shape firmly into mini meat loaves. Brown in skillet; pour off fat. Stir in remaining soup, pepper, thyme and water. Cover and cook over low heat 20 to 30 minutes. Stir and baste occasionally. I serve this with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and either canned peaches or pears for dessert. Serves 4 to 6, depending on size of meat loaves.
