Bring one to two cups of the water to a boil in a tea kettle or saucepan. Drop in the tea bags and let them steep for about 5 minutes. Pour tea into a pitcher or extra large mason jar. Add the remaining cold water to the tea. Add sugar (you can vary the amount based on your taste-I like mine quite sweet). Add lime juice (this amount also depends on your preference). Refrigerate and serve over ice. Enjoy!
