Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Soften palm shortening in the microwave or use olive oil instead. 3. Add eggs to a large mixing bowl. Add in Chebe mix, melted shortening and/or olive oil, water, and salt 4. Knead with hands until a dough forms. 5. Divide dough into 5 evenly-sized round balls. Flatten with the palm of your hand to make the surfaces wider (about the size of a hamburger bun or slightly bigger). 6. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown (I baked them for exactly 20 minutes). Makes 5 rolls, 220 calories each.
