Preheat oven to 300F. Cut the crusts off of your bread, slice bread into little squares (crouton sized) and toss into a bowl. Add melted butter, garlic powder and dried parsley. Mix, place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Check to see how brown your croutons are. If still moist, bake for another 15 minutes. Just keep an eye on them so they dont burn. When done, remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cool, store in an airtight container. Makes 7 cups.
