Preheat oven to 350°. In skillet over medium heat, cook sugar until caramelized, stirring occasionally to remove lumps. Pour into 9-inch ovenproof bowl to coat sides and bottom. In blender or medium bowl, beat eggs. Stir in Eagle Brand, milk, vanilla and salt. Pour into caramelized dish; set in larger pan. Fill pan with 1/2-inch of water. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely. Loosen sides of flan with knife; turn out of pan to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
