Wash zucchini, trim ends, slice and cook in salted water until tender. Drain well and mash. Cook sausage and onions together. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese (save some for topping). Mix eggs, thyme, rosemary, garlic salt, salt, pepper and Accent. Add crumbs, cheese, eggs and seasonings to sausage, onion and zucchini. Pour in a greased 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in squares.
