Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat. Put lime jello and food coloring in bowl; add and beat in marshmallow mixture. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Stir in pineapple and juice. Add Cool Whip to gelatin mixture; add nuts and mayonnaise. Pour into 9 x 15 pan. Refrigerate and when completely set, pour over the red gelatin which has been made according to package directions. Serves 12 to 15.
