Brown the ground meat in a skillet. Turn off the heat and in a medium bowl, mix together the ketchup, mustard, mayo, & relish. Add this mixture to the cooked meat. Arrange lettuce on 4 plates and top with a generous scoop of meat mixture. top with tomatoe, onion, pickles (and any other toppings you desire!) and cheese. Sprinkle with bacon bits if desired. serve and enjoy!
