Saute onions and garlic in 3 tablespoons of the reserved artichoke hearts oil. Mix artichoke hearts, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and eggs together. Add onions and garlic. Put into greased square 9-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with the crumbled soda crackers. Bake for 35 minutes at 325°. Chill for 2 hours before cutting. Makes 10 servings.
